The job is completed safely, cleaned up properly and invoiced clearly.
Practical trade support and property services – simple, clear and upfront.
Restricted building work, structural work and weathertightness work are only carried out under appropriate Licensed Building Practitioner supervision. For non-restricted work within my scope, I work independently. If a job requires consent, specialist equipment, council approval or another licensed trade, I'll say so before work starts.
