Small carpentry repairs, doors, trims and minor fix-ups, plus rental property repairs and general maintenance, including Healthy Homes-related fix-ups.
Fences, decks & outdoor work
Fence builds and repairs, low-level decks, garden structures, pergolas, exterior tidy-ups and practical outdoor jobs.
Clean-ups & demolition
Rubbish clearing, strip-outs, green waste, waterblasting preparation, section tidy-ups and trade-site clean-downs.
Tree & garden work
Pruning, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, green-waste removal and small tree work, subject to site safety, powerlines and council restrictions.
Painting & prep
Interior and exterior painting, surface prep, sanding, filling and tidy cut-ins for repaints, touch-ups and fresh coats.
