How I Work
Straight up, every job.
I'm a builder's assistant working toward full qualification – which means you get someone hungry to do excellent work, not someone coasting. Structural and weathertight work on homes is done under the supervision of a Licensed Building Practitioner, exactly as the Building Act requires. Everything else on this page I handle independently.
You'll get a clear price or hourly rate before I start, a tidy site every day, and a proper GST tax invoice when the job's done. No surprises, no shortcuts, no mess left behind.
